Welcome To The 2023-2024 School Year!
We are so excited to have you all with us this year! We are still accepting new students for the 2023-2024 school year. If you have not already enrolled, please use enrolljeffco.org to create an account and complete an application for enrollment. Once your enrollment application is accepted, the school will contact you regarding the necessary documents to complete your enrollment.
If you have already enrolled at Green Gables you still need to complete the online registration process. We will be holding walk-in registration on Wednesday, August 2nd from 8:00am to 1:00pm and on Thursday, August 3rd from 1:00pm to 6:00pm. Registration is for those families who require assistance with enrollment, creating or updating Parent Portal accounts, applying for Free & Reduced Lunch, or families who are new to Green Gables and need to drop off enrollment documents (parent/guardian identification, birth certificates, immunization records, and proof of address). We will have computers available and can help with any questions.
If your student is already enrolled at Green Gables, all tasks for registration can be completed online.

Registration Tasks:
1. Annual Update Process
Beginning August 1st, All Families Must: Log in to your Infinite Campus Parent Portal account and review and update all information (phone numbers, emails, addresses, etc.) and provide digital signatures for district policies. Please also provide information for at least one emergency contact for your student. If you are unable to log in to your account please do not create a new account. Please first try the Personal Account Manager to recover your username or reset your password. If this does not work contact the main office staff at 303-982-8314 and we can help you.
2. Health Review Form For All New Students:
All Kindergarten & New to Green Gables Families: Please complete the Health Review Form for NEW STUDENTS TO GREEN GABLES ONLY. You can email this to [email protected] or bring it to the office the first week of school.
3. School Fees (coming soon!)
School Year Fees can be reviewed and paid for beginning August 2nd online by logging into the Infinite Campus Parent Portal. Fees are for the whole year and may be paid throughout the year. Field trips and other fees may be added later. There are also optional fees that you can pay for including the Library Birthday Book Club, Yearbook, and Kindergarten or 5th Grade Continuations. If you are planning to apply for the Free and Reduced Program, please do not pay fees until after your application has been processed. If you do qualify for this program all school fees (not optional fees) and field trip fees will be waived.
4. Jeffco Food & Nutrition Program
Please be aware that breakfast and lunch will be provided to all students at no cost this year as Jeffco will be participating in the Health School Meals for All program. There is no requirement that families complete a Meal Benefits Application in order for their students to eat meals at no cost; however, families are still encouraged to do so because those who are income-eligible may receive discounted school fees, class materials, bus passes, utilities support and more. Families are encouraged to go to www.schoolcafe.com/JeffcoSD and hit "Apply" in order to complete an application.

5. School Supply Lists
Families can review the 2023-2024 School Supply Lists and follow the instructions about items that should be labeled and items that will be shared in the classroom that do not need to be labeled. Please note that other supplies may be needed throughout the school year and classroom teachers will communicate with families about needed supplies when necessary.
- Bring school supplies during the Meet & Greet/Supply Drop Off Event on Monday, August 14th from 4:30-5:30pm
- If you already ordered boxed school supplies from PTA, we will have these ready for you to pick up on Monday, August 14th during the Meet & Greet/Supply Drop event.
- The Action Center is providing free school supplies for students who qualify by registering for an appointment online (www.theactioncenter.org/events) or calling 720-407-6680. Pick up will be August 2nd-5th or August 7th at Everitt Middle School in Wheat Ridge.
- Order your school supplies on Amazon and support Green Gables PTA through Amazon Smile! Simply click on our site link, log in and place your order. 5% of your total purchase will go to support our school!
6. Calendars:
Please review the Jeffco Family Calendar as well as the Green Gables At A Glance Calendar for the 2023-2024 school year. Please also check the Green Gables website calendar as events will be added there throughout the year.
7. Teacher Assignments/Class Lists:

Families of students in grades 1 through 5 will receive an email messenger in the afternoon on Friday, August 11th from their new classroom teacher.

Kindergarten students will attend shortened days for Kinder Kamp on 8/15 and 8/16 and will be rostered after school on 8/17 in an effort to have our team work together to meet students and determine how best to divide the students into two classrooms.

Please note that we cannot share teacher assignments for students outside of your family or tell you who else is in your students’ classroom.
