School Accountability Committee

At Green Gables Elementary we are committed to the ideal that it takes a high level of commitment and cooperation to achieve our district mission:

To provide all students with a quality education that prepares all children for a successful future.

The Green Gables Accountability committee is a cooperative decision making group that meets monthly to discuss progress on our Unified Improvement Plan, student progress towards achievement goals, school budget, safety procedures and other topics of interest.

The type of work that we do every year is as follows:

  • Annual review of our Accountability Plan including school goals targeting student achievement.
  • Review district and state assessments.
  • Review and make recommendations regarding the "Make Your Voice Heard Survey".
  • Review the budget to make sure it aligns with our school goals.
  • Make recommendations and set action steps in regard to family/community/school partnerships.
  • Review and provide input on the school's yearly calendar.
